We have available to us a limited supply of powdered whey from an overage sale. It is 3-4 years old but has a 10-12 year shelf life. It comes in 55 lb bags that are lined with plastic. Also, I believe that it is organic as it was manufactured in Tillamook, Oregon in a 100% organic plant.

This is a GREAT way to add protein to you diet. This is what is used to make protein shakes, and smoothies with protein. It can also be added to pancake/waffle batter or muffins, cakes, cookies and does the same thing as vital wheat gluten in bread for a lot less $$!
