Meals Ready to Eat

These meals are 1200 Calorie, full fledged meals. Each comes complete with entree, side dish, dessert, snack, drink packet, accessory pack and heater.

These meals require only a very little amount of water (1 oz) to activate the little heater pack, and 1 cup for your drink mix.

You could easily get by with two of these per day. Military personnel who need more calories, eat 3 per day.

The case comes with 12 meals, 2 each of 6 different entrees which are as follows:

1. Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles
2. Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables
3. BBQ Chicken with Black Beans and Potatoes
4. Chicken Noodle Stew with Vegetables
5. Cheese Tortellini with Marinara Sauce
6. Vegetarian Chili with Beans
