Over the years, many of you have asked us for these products by name, but the company has been more focused on serving the institutional market. In fact, if you have ever eaten at the Lion House, Beehive House or Temple cafeterias, you have likely had a sampling of what they offer.

We’re thrilled to announce that they are now making these products available in smaller quantities—giving us the opportunity to create wonderful homemade taste with restaurant ease.

Best of all these products are very shelf-stable and contain no added MSG!

Here is a list of what is available:

Cream Soup, Sauce and Gravy Base: Anyone who can stir and boil water can make a perfect cream sauce or soup every time. This mix blends perfectly with no lumps and in only minutes will give you a perfect, silky, seasoned sauce for use in countless soups, sauces, casseroles and gravies. Cream sauce is one of the most widely used of all sauces and is the base for literally thousands or recipe applications.

White Cheddar Soup and Sauce Base: Makes a creamy cheese base for Broccoli Cheese Soup, Wisconsin Cheese Soup, Homemade Macaroni and Cheese etc. or a delightful cheese sauce for veggies.

All Purpose Seasoning: A rich full bodied seasoning similar to the dry onion soup mixes found in grocery stores, with the added benefit that this is more concentrated and less expensive. This is a great seasoning for roasted meats, chicken sauces and casseroles.

Pizza/Pasta Seasoning: This easy to use spice blend is so versatile. Just add to canned tomato sauce, tomato paste or crushed tomatoes to make the best pizza sauce ever. It also makes a great sauce for lasagna, chicken parmesan or pasta dishes. Try it mixed in butter as a garlic bread spread.

Beef and Chicken bouillon: This product has a deeper flavor and a lower salt content than most, giving your recipes a flavor that is richer in meat flavor and less salty. You will use less and have better results.

Slow Cooker/Dutch Oven Seasoning: This unique mixture combines with the natural juices and flavors of the meat and vegetables you are cooking to both season the dish and create perfect, pan style gravy. Makes a delicious one step meal in your crock pot while you are away! Available in Chicken, Beef, or Pork

BBQ Seasoning: This is a great and easy way to marinate meat before you toss it on the grill! It also works as a great rub for slow cooking in your oven.
